Job description
We are looking for a talented Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Cloud Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and manage email marketing initiatives, segmenting audiences and creating targeted content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns
- Implement best practices for email deliverability and compliance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
