We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Partner Sales Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our relationships with key partners, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with our solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through long-term partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships. Act as the main point of contact and advocate for your partners, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure their success.
- Strategy Development: Lead the strategy for nurturing and growing existing partnerships. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within these accounts to maximize value for both the partner and our company.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate partner performance and the overall health of the partnership. Implement strategies to address any issues and capitalize on opportunities to enhance partnership success.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure partner needs are met and to align on strategies for mutual growth.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams. Gather partner feedback on product and service offerings and work with relevant departments to drive improvements.
- Training and Support: Provide partners with ongoing training and support on product updates, marketing strategies, and sales enablement tools to help them succeed.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all partners are in compliance with contractual obligations. Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on partner performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in a technology or related sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to grow business and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Proven track record in managing and growing complex partner relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Others:
- Familiarity with CRM software and partner management platforms.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
