About CWC
My Crack the Wellness Code Foundation, established in July 2022 as a Section 8 company, is dedicated to
enhancing the health and well-being of fellow Indians through its transformative initiatives. Building on the
success of the Wellness Code initiative in Silicon Valley, the India-based Foundation, focuses on lifestyle-related
issues such as Heart Health, Diabetes, Cancer, and Mental well-being.
With a mission to Educate, Inspire, Empower, and Impact, the Foundation aims to touch the lives of at least 5
million Indians by the end of 2027. The comprehensive wellness programs cater to diverse segments viz.
Seniors, Corporate citizens, Youth, Women and Children. Initiatives like Wellness Webinars, Health Hero
Mentoring, Comprehensive School Health Programs, Youth and Comprehensive Women Wellness Programs,
Workplace Wellness Programs, and tailored activities for Seniors contribute to the foundation's commitment
to cracking the wellness code for the betterment of individuals and the community. The Wellness Resource
Library serves as a one-stop hub for holistic living resources, offering guidance, experiential workshops, and
personalized strategies for stress management and mindfulness.
Job Overview
As a coordinator for the youth and women wellness and senior vertical at the CWC India chapter, you will
work for the seamless management of our client's projects, specifically their women's wellness initiatives and
senior track. Your role spans understanding the client's vision and goals, and the program's nuances, managing
internal and external stakeholders, and giving ideas for innovating and scaling program design and operations if
required.
You will be reporting to the Director of projects of the CWC and working with a team of 10+. This
opportunity offers a unique platform to contribute through strategic insights, making a meaningful impact on

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution:
● implement a strategic plan for women's health initiatives and seniors in alignment with organizational
goals.
● Ensuring clarity of purpose and effective collaboration with the client and other stakeholders.
● Oversee the successful execution of the program, managing scope, and schedule.
Stakeholder Management:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and internal and external stakeholders.
● Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to the client in a transparent and timely
manner.
● Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and relevant stakeholders to ensure
the success of initiatives.
● Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Advocacy and Public Awareness:
● Advocate for women's health at local, regional, and national levels.
● Develop and implement public awareness campaigns to educate the community about women's health
issues and preventive measures.
● Engage in public speaking and media interactions to promote the organization's mission.
Community Engagement:
● Establish partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups to
enhance outreach efforts.
● Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and support groups.
● Stay informed about relevant health policies and legislation affecting women's health.
● Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocation as needed.
Risk Management:
● Identify and assess risks associated with program delivery and develop mitigation plans. Proactively
manage and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular status reports to the client's leadership and stakeholders.
Program Evaluation:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success based on discussions with the
client.
● Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
● Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
● Identify opportunities for scale and innovation through new partnerships, technology, and/or process
improvements.
Key Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in public health, Women's Studies, Health Education, or a related field. Master's
degree preferred. In addition to this, candidates with B.Ed., Ph.D., or diploma in counselling will be
more desired.
● Proven experience in developing and managing health programs, preferably related to women's health.
● Strong understanding of women's health issues, including reproductive health, mental health, and
preventive care.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
● Advocacy experience and the ability to influence policy changes.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
● Passion for promoting women's health and advancing gender equity.
➢ Other Skills
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex
information.
● Proficient with MS Office.
Strong track record in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coupled
with effective conflict-resolution skills.
