We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Ode Spa outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, as well as the day-to-day operations of our spa locations. The General Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, driving overall business growth, and leading a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and targets.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all spa outlets, focusing on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee staffing, training, and development to maintain a high-performance team.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, new service offerings, or market penetration.
- Customer Experience:
- Uphold Ode Spa's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene across all outlets.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistency.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of spa professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa, hospitality, or wellness industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of successfully managing P&L statements.
