Role Description: -

Pertaining to this role, you’d be a great fit, if you have been actively delivering learning & development programs & training people to go from A to B for instance, successfully for a minimum of 12 months, specifically within either a local UK_or_Australian Telecoms related operations or have been in a sales coaching role at a very senior level. You must have minimum 3 years’ experience in phone sales, & a true passion for people engagement, people-training & people-coaching, achieving people success & achieving very targeted Company Goals & KPIs through consistent training programs. Working with all stakeholders in ensuring the success of all relevant Training & L-D Programs, designing detailed but simple training guides for absorption successfully by the workforce to absorb will be some of the every-day tasks you will be expected to deliver with visual KPIs evaluated each month. We expect this role to deliver massive people success in its true sense after an employee has gone past the initial learning curve of 2_Months, wherein you will be tasked to demonstrate a real change management & visible progress over a period of an initial training program of 2 months in given current & any new employees across the spectrum in all departments. This role will be given complete independence to deliver people success & a successful people engagement ecosystem at the highest level, wherein ideas will be encouraged to be pushed proactively & executed passionately & will exclusively report to only the Directors.

Role Pre-requisites: -

1.Minimum 12 months’ experience in a local Australian or UK_Telecoms related operation doing phone sales or in a sales coaching or direct sales as a senior role can be likely considered.
2.Be able to demonstrate impeccable, top-notch English & communication skills
3.Plenty of personality & a real passion for taking people from A to B level
4.Loads of patience in crunch situations, willingness to ride out the success of a training program despite initial failures.
5.Must take up role only if willing to be committed for the long term
6.Company will engage yourself, at its own cost, into some prolific training programs with UK_Telecoms, Managed IT, Security sales experienced professionals to ensure you are on the top of your game & exposed to some of the finest sales learning & knowledge to pass on to our workforce in equal measure & so that we can see some top-range progression goals evidenced within the 1st 3 months of your arrival date.
