The Opportunity  

We are currently seeking a Shared Services Clerk. This permanent position will report to the Head of Marketing, South Asia .

This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager – Optimum Nutrition to develop and deliver high engagement content on Optimum Nutrition's social media handles (FB, IG, X) and deliver reach, Engagement, followership goals.

• Creative brief development and working with Social media agency to ensure timely execution while liaising with US for approvals
• Craft a content calendar in collaboration with social media agency and supporting annual brand plans
• Onboard, manage and get best ROI delivered through Influencers (on YT/IG)
• Supporting digital front visibility of the products & brands for improved performances for sponsored & organic searches e.g. Amazon, Google searches etc.
• Strategize social media campaigns to boost sales and brand management
• Partner with brand marketing team to maintain consistent brand across all social media platforms as well as liaising with US on approvals.
• Host monthly community engagement through social pages
• Answer consumer questions on the social pages daily
• Monitor KPI progress and communicate to stakeholders on a monthly basis while leveraging Google Analytics
• Build communication with followers through consistent communication via comments, retweets, likes and more
• Adopt new social media trends for Optimum Nutrition
• Lead the annual planning process for social media for GPN Inda
• Manage social media marketing budgets

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Master's degree in marketing or mass communications from top institutes
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated success managing social media platforms or relevant digital content marketing experience
• Experience in Google Analytics and/or Social measurement platforms
• Experience in managing external agencies
• Experience of working with a digital native brand will be valuable
• Good understanding of how to work within brand guidelines
• Highly adept with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter)
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and X (Formerly Twitter)
• Should be creative with an eye for detail
• Should have passion for fitness
• Should be hands-on and data driven
• Strong negotiation skills
