Techmantu is a digital media consulting organization that uses professional methodologies to help businesses take advantage of new media to meet their sales and marketing objectives.

We are looking for smart associate consultants to contribute to the creation and management of digital media solutions using our delivery methodology.

An associate consultant is Techmantu’s entry level role, and a means for smart and talented graduates to make a career in digital marketing and consulting. Techmantu Consulting comprises generalists with a good understanding of technology, media and business. Our consultants closely work with client teams to build and run solutions to help them succeed in their business objectives. Currently, a lot of our work is focused on helping clients with their digital marketing programs.

To be effective, associate consultants should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas: ●

A Techmantu Associate Consultant will be part of a consulting team, and will: ●

Execute go–to–market plan based on client’s business strategy ●

Develop & manage digital portfolio of assets for clients ●

Implement web measurement tools for monitoring ●

Optimize online presence using the web–measurement ●

Use a variety of tools to execute digital marketing activities ●

Design prototypes to support clients’ digital portfolio needs ●

Work closely with technical partners to develop solutions from the prototypes ●

Convey the value of the digital media solutions to different stakeholders ●

Train end-users in using the various platforms and tools, where necessary

Please send in an application if the following applies to you: ●

Are a recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, or equivalent background. ●

Have outstanding academic achievement with at least a first class. ●

Have an inclination towards digital media, strategy, marketing & technology, with a desire for a client facing environment. ●

Have quality verbal and written communication skills. ●

Have strong problem solving skills, a demonstrated aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail.

Techmantu Associate Consultants work out of Techmantu’s offices in Koramangala, Bangalore. Techmantu offers industry standard pay-packages. Techmantu Associate Consultants are required to attend the 5-week long Techmantu BootCamp aimed at providing the foundational skills and knowledge to be effective in their jobs. Associate Consultants will continue, on the job, to work on developing their skills and knowledge under the mentorship and guidance of a Consulting Manager.
