Job description

They are looking for Head - Chief of Staff / PMO to be based at Gurgaon / Mumbai with following:

• Must have 10+ years of experience Program Management, Growth & Go to Market Strategy, Business Planning, Product Management, Sales & Marketing and Process Excellence.
• Identifying new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies).
• Must have hands-on experience in driving GTM Strategy with country MD and Top Leadership.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in sales or GTM strategic leading projects, deals, and company financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research, Government liaising.
• Must have 5+ years of experience as Chief of Staff / PMO role and assisting Country MD in facilitating effective decision-making.
• Total 13 to 18 years of experience in Indian Market with MBA from IIM or Top Institutes only will be preferred. CA or MBA finance for Business planning will be considered.
• Industry Preferred: Laptop / Printer /Telecom / ISP / Mobile / FMCG / Consumer Durables.
