Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Mortgage Origination & Servicing
. Responsible for handling a team of people, guiding them and helping them to gr ow up in their career
. Build relationship with clients and mine for new business
. Resolve conflicts, ensure team members meet and exceed their KRA&rsquos, helping them at each step
. Work closely with client, understand the requirements and execute with support of team
. Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
. Strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using visualization tools for data driven decisions
. Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
. Ensure timely completion of VIC ratings and bi-annual/annual performance ratings
. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email queues
. Report all observations to help change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively, if any
. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
. Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alerting the respective stake holders proactively
. Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
. Should be a good people manager
. Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
. Good understanding of primary market research
. Should have good working knowledge of using Excel, Power-point
. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required
. Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is required
. Proactive and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
. Excellent analytical skills with ability to problem solving
. Ability to work independently and manage own responsibilities
. Advance knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point)
. Presentation Skills
. Six Sigma Certified
