Mission
- Finding SPOC for a brand we wish to collaborate with through multiple channels
- Research, create and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships
- Tirelessly do multiple follow up with brands to close deliverables and negotiate better deal for Aliens.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve alliance and collaboration goals.
- Being the lead on event execution with marketing team keeping with brand values, branding and end to end project.
- Discussion with Internal stakeholders of Aliens about marketing and alliance goals - implementation, artworks, collaterals for Mumbai and nationwide studios. Work in liaison with the alliance and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Explore additional deliverables, develop and build relationship with current and new vendors.
- Overseas and minutely monitor co-marketing campaign - deadline for creative, creative communication and third party elements in line with discussion with external stakeholder and internal stakeholders, collaterals for timely execution keeping with checklist and calendar for alliances.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Cultivate and sustain a relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new
opportunities.
- Improvising and innovating by adding new elements of content, technology and upgrading the type of alliances, content created and services provided.
- Support to brand partnership specialist on through internal and external stakeholder, collateral and timeline management.
- Work closely with Brand Partnership Specialist to adhere to guidelines and execute collaborations.
- End to end process of closing with fabricators and marketing vendors to set up stall and marketing collaterals for events across India
- Arranging for manpower for every event
Requirements
- Open to Freshers willing to learn and those who are proactive and disciplined workers
- Work experience in marketing and BTL events is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills for relationship building and networking.
- Interest and knowledge of marketing with collateral and communication to be included across different partnerships
- Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
- Well-versed with various software such as Microsoft excel, PPT
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience & Ability to use Positive language
