Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Learning and Development professional to lead our L&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive L&D roadmap focused on building skills and capabilities to meet our dynamic business objectives. This role involves strategizing and executing learning interventions, enhancing employee and partner skills, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

L&D Roadmap Development: Develop a strategic L&D roadmap to enable skill building and talent development in alignment with business objectives.

Learning Interventions: Lead the design and implementation of learning interventions for employees and FAN partners. Training Design and Delivery: Coordinate and deliver L&D activities, ensuring they align with identified development needs. Financial Products Training: Develop training programs to enhance understanding of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Sales and CRM Training: Design programs to improve sales skills, client relationship management, and communication within the broking context. Customer Service Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve customer service skills and client satisfaction. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and establish effective relationships for L&D initiatives. LMS Development (Moneyversity): Design and develop content for the LMS, engaging with partners to create bespoke learning interventions. LMS Utilization: Ensure effective use of the LMS to meet diverse learning needs. Reporting on LMS Impact: Provide leadership with insightful reports on the impact of LMS on learning outcomes. Culture and Values Promotion: Drive and institutionalize company culture and values across the organization. Succession Planning: Establish and implement succession planning for key talent development. Content Design: Design content for both In-person and Online training programs. Analytics and Reporting: Develop analytics and reporting mechanisms for L&D activities. PPA Assessment Tool Utilization: Leverage the PPA Assessment tool for leader self-awareness, recruitment, and talent development. C ompetency Framework Implementation: Implement an organization-wide competency framework to streamline L&D and other OD interventions. Training Needs Analysis: Identify, design, deploy, and review the effectiveness of training interventions based on current and future needs. Continuous Improvement:Proactively seek and implement continuous improvements and innovations in L&D processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external audits for the department. Budget Management: Develop and manage an annual training budget aligned with organizational goals and L&D strategy. Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within Learning and Development. Strong knowledge of L&D best practices and industry trends. Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in LMS management and e-learning platforms. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in the financial services or broking industry is preferred.
