Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in company secretarial practices and regulations, coupled with practical experience gained during their internship. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership skills by effectively managing a team of 2-3 members.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

2. Manage and resolve client queries and escalation 

3. ⁠ help clients in choosing and formation of their business in India and then associate compliances for the same

4. ⁠Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in corporate laws.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives.

6. Can manage a team of 2-3 members, providing mentorship and support.
