Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in company secretarial practices and regulations, coupled with practical experience gained during their internship. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership skills by effectively managing a team of 2-3 members.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage and resolve client queries and escalation
3. help clients in choosing and formation of their business in India and then associate compliances for the same
4. Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in corporate laws.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives.
6. Can manage a team of 2-3 members, providing mentorship and support.
