Role: Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Consultant
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10-18 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for strong hands-on Financial close and consolidation application (FCCS) and ARCS resources to play key role in our project to improve application efficiency to support systemwide consolidation and close.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience with the functional and operational aspects of ARCS & FCCS application design, development of various application artifacts.
- Candidate should be adept in troubleshooting, working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed, pre- and post-implementation activities.
- Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
- Should have good skills developing reports using FR Report Developer and SmartView Reports.
- Develop KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in software engineering/ MBA or equivalent
- Experience in Financial reporting Studio and Management Reporting
- Experience in Data Management
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS)
- Implementation experience with Oracle EPM Products
- Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
- Ability to document current business processes and existing solutions and create a roadmap for future
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certification
- Experience with Oracle other EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS)
