Job description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for a leading MNC for BU Controllership Manager (Insurance Domain).

.Preparation of various subsidiary financial statements and disclosures, legal entity financial statement analysis, while ensuring the control, timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements

· Preparation and analysis of reporting data in support of disclosures for inclusion in 10-K/Q and subsidiary financial statements

· Supporting the SEC Form 10-Q/K filings of the non-accelerated filers including the audited financial statements, analysis, and disclosures, including collaboration with various external auditors and several internal support teams

· Partner with Business Unit Finance areas, Corporate GAAP and STAT areas and other various internal business partners on accounting and reporting matters

· Support the implementation of new or updated accounting guidance and regulatory requirements.

Location - Noida

Experience - 7-13 Years

Qualification - MBA/M.COM/CA/CPA
