ILP OVERSEAS - SUMMER INTERNSHIP
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team at ILP Overseas! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you have a passion for HR and possess excellent MS-Excel and MS-Word skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities - Assist with recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide support in organizing and facilitating orientation programs for new hires.
- Update and maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR reports and spreadsheets using MS-Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence and handling employee inquiries.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and initiatives through research and data analysis.
Requirements - Fresher or People with a Experience of less than a year.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
