Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and assess market demand
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including formulation, packaging, and labeling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product safety and efficacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to achieve product objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential threats
- Prepare and manage product budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors
