Job title Chief Architect – Digital Technologies
Job purpose The Chief Architect will be accountable for driving the next generation digital transformation technologies, building solutions and help with lead gen and business development. Key responsibilities Develop and communicate a comprehensive digital technology vision and strategy that aligns with the organization's digital transformation objectives. Establish and enforce digital architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines. Lead organization with AI, Data & Cloud initiatives and respective COE’s. Focus on continual improvement of Digital Cloud service offerings, AI & Data. Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales and the service delivery team Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions. Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to enhance customer engagement, improve processes, and drive business growth. Be a strategic business partner and influencer to grow our Digital business, scaling our ability to sell and deliver services around cloud enablement, migration and transformation. Define and oversee the digital technology architecture, ensuring it supports scalability, security, and the seamless integration of digital solutions. Lead research and development efforts to drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives. Evaluate and recommend digital technologies and tools that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital technology department Lead and mentor a team of digital architects, engineers, and specialists Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure digital technology initiatives Serve as a key partner to the sales team in helping to ensure customer success Be responsible for Lead generation and Business development by working with Presales, Sales & Delivery teams. Provide proactive support to clients and prospects to ensure their successful adoption of Digital cloud, AI, Data and partner technologies. Build new cloud capabilities, solutions, assets, accelerators, and team competencies by leveraging partnerships. Evangelize digital technology and offerings to both internal/external stakeholders. Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of digital technologies services to prospects and clients. Qualifications & Desired Skills Experience: 20+ years of core tech experience with a flair for Pre-Sales/client interfacing role Extensive experience as Chief Architect in digital technology leadership roles, including Architecture and strategy. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex digital technology solutions. Proven relevant experience as a delivery head or practice head building cloud capabilities and services. Prior experience of playing a leadership role in Cloud, Data & AI transformation programs Experience working with a matrix organization of sales, delivery, and marketing teams across the globe. Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the organization's business Good interpersonal skills, Ability to work with other teams in collaboration Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive digital innovation and adapt to evolving digital landscapes.
