Job Description (Role)
- Make outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and promote our products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Upsell fintech products and services to customers as appropriate
- Onboarding Sub-broker/Channel partner
- Following the internal sales process by updating all the activities in online system.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
