Position title: Manager – Digital Marketing Analytics
Location: Chennai or Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities The
Manager – Digital Marketing Analytics will lead and provide technical guidance to a team of analytics professionals, emphasizing the strategic integration of analytics to achieve business goals in Marketing and Digital Business. This role involves fostering strong connections with Marketing and Digital Business Leadership to consult on the optimal utilization of analytics. The focus is on leveraging analytics for informed decision-making and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
As a Manager – Digital Marketing Analytics, You Will - Analyze and derive actionable insights from digital marketing channels, leveraging tools like Google/Adobe Analytics, social platforms, and email campaigns
- Provide recommendations and insights to optimize email campaign design and target audience engagement
- Collaborate with affiliates, offering strategic insights on leveraging analytics effectively in campaign strategies
- Assist affiliates in enhancing digital readiness through data-driven approaches
- Evaluate and optimize processes in paid media, website experience, and HCP engagement for improved efficiency
- Spearhead technology and innovation initiatives within the Digital Marketing team, aligning with both immediate and long-term requirements
- Partner with Business Partners to define key metrics and outcomes for technology aligned with business objectives
- Address technical queries and requests from team members and stakeholders
- Manage multiple analytics projects concurrently based on business requirements
- Lead important initiatives for the growth and development of the GATE team
Required Experience & Skills - 6-12 years of experience in technology, analytics, or consulting, with a focus on digital marketing analytics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in digital marketing technology, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
- Proficient in attribution modeling, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and various reporting tools
- Expertise in utilizing analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Proficiency in tools such as Omnibug, Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, and Google Optimise
- Preferably, experience in the life science industry
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and regulations
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, providing timely and actionable feedback to the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective team player with the ability to meet deadlines
Education - Bachelor's or Master's Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines)
