Job Overview We are seeking a skilled South Indian- Commie I to join our team at 7 Apple Hotels & Resorts. As a South Indian- Commie I, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience as a South Indian- Commie I or similar role
- Proven knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and replicate flavors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety standards in food preparation and cooking
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in menu planning and development of new South Indian dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow proper storage and labeling procedures for ingredients and prepared foods
- Assist in monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies
