Job description
Position- Cloud Architect II Shift hours- 2 PM- 11 PM IST Location- Delhi NCR/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai
Core Accountability: · Deliver Architectural Vision, Roadmap and documents detailing how Azure will support Application Architecture. · Be able to create Solutions that has DevOps approach. · Solutions to follow Security and Compliance Standards. Roles & Responsibilities · Create Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate solution viability. · Be able to articulate and ensure systems/applications adhere to NFRs viz. Reliability, Availability, Scaling and Performance. · Experience working in multiple Domain - Logistics, Insurance, Retail, HealthCare Expertise. · Proficient in custom programming (C#, ASP.NET), .NET development frameworks and ability to develop robust solutions for assigned applications/projects. · Understands the functional requirements and can translate it into technical design. · Produces quality code for assigned development tasks. · Provide support for application deployment activities. · Collaborate with immediate team, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and adhere to established standards. · Adhere to agile software development guidelines (continuous integration, code reviews, code quality, iterative, unit testing, system demos etc.) · Help with triaging and fixing defects for the planned releases and production. Experience and Skills: Solid understanding of web application architecture and desktop application architecture concepts and design patterns. · 10+ years of working expertise on Windows Azure Platform / MVC, Computing (Web Role, Worker Role), AppFabric Services (ACS, Caching, and Service Bus) and Storage services (table storage, blob storage, Drives) and Scaling · 10+ years of working expertise in Azure / MVC development toolkit, Deployment and TFS. · 10+ years of development experience with MVC, C# and .NET framework · 10+ years of development experience with ASP.NET, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript and windows scripting. · 10+ years of development experience and solid concepts of MVVM principles with extensive hands-on expertise in KnockoutJS, AngularJS, RequireJS, Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5. · 10+ years of development experience in WCF, LINQ and Web Services. · 10+ years of experience with building, packaging and distributing Web Applications and Windows desktop applications. · 10+ years of experience with SQL, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views using MS SQL Server · 10+ years of experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis and code quality metrics · 10+ years of experience with Agile development methods and practices · Ability to lead and conduct technical evaluations and design sessions. · Solid C# and SQL development experience, debugging skills, code performance tuning, general trouble shooting skills and understanding of development frameworks and integration techniques.
