Requirements
- Handling account opening for clients in a seamless manner.
- Profiling clients for their risk appetite.
- Maintaining a register of new clients getting to know their needs and mapping them to the appropriate staff.
- Making sure new clients enrolled in the month are comfortable with the platform and have started using the services.
- Enrolling new clients each week into relevant whatsapp groups
- Maintaining proper databases of client accounts and their data.
- Saving client documents in relevant folders/digi lockers.
- Addressing clients queries at the front office and guiding them to respective needs.
- Handling and back office procedures.
- Helping clients with modifications updations and service requests.
- Helping clients with demat of physical shares.
- Explaining the various services available at company prospective clients on the various investment options available.
- Follow up on issues for DEMAT clients with Motilal back office team.
- Assist clients on the various mobile and web features and services available.
- Periodical calling and monitoring of the needs of mapped clients and making efforts to enroll them to our various services.
- Organizing the front office related papers files and registers.
- Were hiring freshers with basic computer and Excel skills.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
