Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President. The Vice President will be responsible for leading the sales division, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and revenue growth in a financial services or insurance industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial guarantees industry or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
