Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and prospect new clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition and service offerings to potential clients
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
