Job description

The BPO Executive in Student Services at Boston Institute of Analytics is a key member of the team responsible for outbound calls to prospective students. This role is also responsible for coordinating student admissions, fee collection, training schedules, academic calendars, and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional support to students throughout their journey.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls to Prospective Students:Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the institute's programs, admission requirements, and benefits. Engage with prospective students in a professional and persuasive manner to encourage enrollment.Student Admissions:Assist prospective students in the admissions process, guiding them through application requirements and documentation.Ensure timely processing of student applications and document completeness.Fee Collection:Manage the collection of tuition fees, course fees, and other related payments from students.Maintain accurate records of fee payments and collaborate with the finance department for financial reporting.Training Schedule:Collaborate with instructors and department heads to create, maintain, and communicate training schedules.Ensure training schedules are consistently updated and accessible to students and faculty.Student Support:Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and concerns related to course schedules, academic calendars, fees, and other administrative matters.Provide guidance to students regarding course registration and academic program requirements.Collaboration:Work closely with admissions, finance, and academic departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.Participate in regular meetings to discuss program updates, improvements, and challenges.Qualifications:1-3+ years of experience, preferably in a US/UK BPO environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.A collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively within a team.
