*Job Title: Production Coordinator - Events Team*

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

As a Production Coordinator in our Events Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of diverse events, including product launches, marketing events, and activations. 1. *Event Set-Up and Execution:* - Oversee the entire set-up process for events, ensuring a visually appealing and functional environment. - Manage logistics for product launches, marketing events, and other activations. 2. *Vendor Coordination:* - Collaborate closely with vendors to secure necessary resources and ensure timely delivery. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost-effective solutions. 3. *Quality Assurance:* - Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process. - Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshooting to address any potential issues. 4. *Team Collaboration:* - Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to align production efforts with overall event objectives. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. 5. *Timeline Management:* - Develop and manage detailed timelines for event production. - Ensure adherence to deadlines and proactively address any potential delays. *Qualifications:* - Proven experience in event production, with a focus on product launches and marketing events. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
