Company Name : 3s studio Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager Department : Marketing Location : Kalkaji, New Delhi Job Summary : As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion. You will manage a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our company's digital marketing objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives for digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Online Advertising: Digital Strategy Development: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals. - Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). - Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. - Monitor and analyze website performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Social Media Management: - Create and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. - Engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries. Social Media Optimization: - Optimize and make the social media content visible to more users. Content Marketing: - Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various digital channels, including blogs, videos, infographics, and email campaigns. - Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging. Email Marketing: - Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Maintain and grow the email subscriber list. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. - Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: - Oversee the revenue and expenditure tracking in any of the campaigns or marketing procedures. - Analyze current spending, and monitoring the results and productivity as per the cash flow over time Brand Awareness: - Create an identity of our brand with sufficient details to make the maximum reach to the clients Lead Generation: - Generate leads by different campaigns and marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
