Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Job Overview:-

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests, address their needs, and exceed their expectations to enhance overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

  - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

  - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.

  - Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.

  - Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  - Handle and resolve guest complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.

  - Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their experience.

  - Maintain clear and open communication with guests, both in person and through various communication channels(phone, email, etc.).

  - Relay important information to other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

  - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect guest satisfaction.

  - Collaborate with other departments to address and rectify challenges promptly.

  - Handle special requests from guests and ensure they are fulfilled to the best of the organization's ability.

  - Collect feedback from guests to assess their satisfaction levels.

  - Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes when necessary.

  - Monitor the quality of services provided to guests and take corrective actions as needed.

  - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.

  - Implement guest recognition programs to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

  - Maintain a database of guest preferences for personalized service.

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.

  - Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, feedback, and any relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:-

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality only.

- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
