Job DescriptionResponsibilities : - Analyze and interpret complex healthcare provider data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and maintain data operations processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of provider data. - Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders using business professional style, providing understandable and to-the-point descriptions of data analysis findings. - Utilize AWS cloud (or other cloud-based platforms) for data storage and processing, including familiarity with Data Lake, Athena, and SQL-like query development. - Retrieve data from API endpoints and manipulate data formats, particularly in FHIR format. - Implement and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) practices for provider data, ensuring consistency and reliability across systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct quality assurance and validation of provider data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to American healthcare insurance, particularly in terms of provider data management. - Prepare and deliver concise and understandable reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis findings. - Demonstrate confidence and clarity in verbal communication when presenting findings or discussing technical concepts with stakeholders. Skills : - Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience in a clear and concise manner. - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and clearly to different stakeholders. - Proficiency in AWS cloud or other cloud-based platforms for data storage and processing. - Experience with FHIR format and API endpoint data retrieval for healthcare data analysis. - Advanced SQL skills for query development and data manipulation. - Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices, particularly in the context of healthcare provider data. - Understanding of American healthcare insurance systems and provider data components such as networks, products, entity types, provider specialties, and taxonomy codes. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Organized and detail-oriented approach to data analysis and operations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
