Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):

1. Experience in maintenance of Kiln and coal mill section equipment's, Belt & screw conveyors, Bag House, Fans, Hydraulic system.
2. Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site.
3. WCM concepts & implementation at site.
4. Annual Budget preparation for designated area & plan for consumption.
5. SAP knowledge on PM & MM module.
6. Improve availability of Kilns.
7. To decrease specific power consumption of Kiln and coal mill.
8. To identify and execute the improvement jobs.
9. To adopt standard maintenance practices & improve reliability of equipment's.

Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.

Job Profile:

• KRA 1:

Experience in maintenance of Kiln and coal mill

• KRA 2:

Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site

• KRA 3:

SAP knowledge on PM & MM module

• KRA 4:

Improve availability of Kiln and coal mill

• KRA 5:

To maintain S&S an RPM expenses well within annual budgeted limit.

Professional Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in Mech. Engg.

Essential: Degree / Diploma in Mech. Engg.

Preferably: Degree/ Diploma in Mech. Engg.
