Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :- Responsible for designing and implementing SAP solution based on the business requirements & able to convert the business requirement in to a Functional Specification documents for development.- VIM Techno-Functional along with SAP Workflow + SAP ABAP + FIORI + Archiving + Country Specific requirement knowledge.- S/4 HANA and HANA Relevant VIM knowledge along with complete PO and NON-PO Documents.- Integration knowledge with other SAP Module is essential e.g. SAP VIM and HR/FI/MM/Concur/Fieldglass /Workday/Portal/IDOC integration, also understand integration requirement with other Non SAP systems and Middleware.- OCR Tools including Kofax/Iron Mountain/OpenText IES/BCC/ICC.- VIM workflow trigger implementation, VIM Parking, Invoice approval process design and implementation, preparation of Functional design documents, configuration EDI/IDOC for Open Text. - Experience with Approver workflow, role determination and exception handling.- Experience in different channels like Paper invoice, E-invoice, EDI, Email, Manual Invoice, interfaces, Portals etc. - Configuring VIM document types, enhance indexing screen, configure, enhancement and maintaining chart of authority (COA), PO & Non-PO Vendor Invoice Workflow design and development.- Configure SAP/OpenText System and relevant FICO module as per the requirements and business domain knowledge including accounts payable, purchase to pay process, general ledger.- VIM Roles - Implementation & Roll Out - Troubleshooting. - Maintaining red book entries and LCB.- Analyse, Troubleshoot and help resolve defects arising out of process.- Able to do regression testing and System integration testing.- Experience in SAP/OpenText VIM implementation projects. SAP Certification in OpenText VIM / SAP FI and / or CO is preferred.Soft Skills :- Customer handling- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.- Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT mattersQualification :- 5-10 years Knowledge and Experience in the SAP/OpenText VIM Module.- Experience with SAP/OpenText VIM/SAP FI/SAP MM/SAP HR including accounts payable, purchase to pay process, accounts receivable, order to cash process, and general ledger- Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge- Preferred to have a candidate with Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant or Cost AccountantKey Note : Candidate should have a solid FI knowledge, equivalent to CA (Chartered Accountant).
