Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about QA strategies. Proven track record of managing QA-release pipelines and supporting production bug resolution. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Nice-to-have skills: Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Experience with testing at large scale (high user base, extensive feature set). Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of the QA-release pipeline, ensuring end-to-end testing coverage from development to production. Lead the QA team in executing manual and automated tests, ensuring high product quality and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Proactively identify areas for improvement in QA processes and automation, with a focus on reducing bugs and stabilizing the product. Develop and maintain automated test suites for common scenarios, utilizing automation tools and frameworks. Provide support for production bug resolution, investigating issues and implementing preventive measures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our QA capabilities. Think creatively and proactively about future QA needs, especially in the context of scaling the product and handling complex features.Job tags
