Experience: Min 2-4 years as TL or above on papers with London market exp. in Insurance domain
Principal Duties / Responsibilities - Key representative for operational forums/projects
- Lead for key process improvement initiatives and identifying process wastes
- Analyse performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve overall operational performance
- Conduct onboarding interviews
- Responsible for managing available resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency
- Drive team performance
- Manager SLAs on Accuracy, TAT, productivity
- Maintain day-to-day stakeholder interaction and develop relationship
- Create development plan for the team
- Goal setting for the team
- Drive a culture of adherence to company standards and SOPs
- Conduct performance management
- Highlight exceptions
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent communication
- Broking business and Insurance terminologies (preferably UK)
- Able to prioritize
- Collaborative mindset
- Proven abilities in performance management
- Insurance certification added advantage
