Job Title- Senior Regional Sales Manager
Location- Mumbai, IND 400079 Type- Full Time/Permanent Reporting Type- Onsite RELOCATION PACKAGE- Full Reports To: Regional Business Head TRAVEL REQUIRED- Up to 60% of the time Must Haves Benefits- MEDICAL INSURANCE/ LIFE INSURANCE/ RETIREMENT - Must have handled West Region, preferably Mumbai

- Should have more than 10+ years of experience
- Should have exposure of Team Handling
- CTC Range Between 22- 42 Lakhs
Responsibilities Job Description:
- Leading team of ASMs / TSMs in the assigned Region to plan, review, guide, handhold to achieve business goals.
- Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/targets.
- Provide appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.
- Plans own visit schedule in line with agreed customer service levels for that customer segment.
- Collects reports and analyzes the customer feedback / information on present as well as future market trends in the context of possible further market penetration.
- Identifies, targets and implements the approved sales strategies in the assigned marketplace.
- Plans, executes and reports on the sales activities in the assigned sales area.
- Has expert knowledge on the features and benefits of available products/services.
Primary Responsibilities - Sales analysis of region/territory (market, actors, competition)
- Achievement of volume, Gross Margin and channel targets
- Control of key sales accounts of assigned region/territory
- Management of Sales team (Sales call methods, training, productivity, IT Tools)
- Centralization of field information
- Build and implement the necessary action plans, to increase the professionalism of the customer's business.
- Manage the flow of communication between Goodyear staff (field and region/central)
- Monitoring and productivity optimization of the team
- Facilitation, assessment and training of the team

- AOP (Volume, Gross Margin and Channel activation & expansion)
- Team's productivity
- Performance and development objectives of the team
- Share of Accounts(SOA), SOM(Share of Market) evolution
