Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hair care or beauty industry

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Roles And Responsibilities - Promote and sell our range of hair care products and services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct consultations with clients, assessing their hair care needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional strategies, and campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management
