Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe. The Medical Scribe will work under the licensed healthcare provider in real-time while providing documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system. The Medical Scribe will capture accurate and detailed documentation to assist in patient care, and facilitate communication between the healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy and Medical Assisting.
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to listen and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Certification in Medical Terminology, Medical Assisting or completion of a related program is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Health Science related field is desirable.
