Role Summary :

Our Client has a renowned name in the healthcare and wellness industry specialising in medical aesthetics and cosmetic procedures. With a strong presence in Bangalore we are a rapidly growing brand with a commitment to enhancing our customers wellbeing. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the operations and sales of multiple clinics.

Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Portfolio Manager to lead a group of clinics in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Clinic Managers Sales Executives and other support staff to ensure operational excellence and achieve sales targets. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience in our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations including infrastructure talent acquisition and compliance with industry standards.

2. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve the sales target of 1520 crores over the next six months.

3. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Clinic Managers Sales Executives Doctors and Consultants. Manage guide and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals.

4. Cluster Management: Oversee multiple clinics and Cluster Managers who are responsible for 34 clinics each.

5. Budget Management: Work within budget constraints while strategizing and executing sales and marketing plans.

6. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies including performance marketing social media and digital campaigns.

7. Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing customer experiences by training and guiding the team to provide exceptional service.

8. Team Building: Recruit train and develop team members to ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service.

9. Performance Metrics: Regularly assess and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet the AOP targets.

10. Culture Fit: Ensure that the team aligns with the companys values and maintains a professional and customercentric culture.

Qualifications:

810 years of experience in healthcare or related industries.

Experience in sales and team management preferably in the medical aesthetics field.

A background in health sciences or a related field is highly desirable.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary of 2530 lakhs per annum.

Variable component ranging from 810 lakhs based on performance.

Opportunity for further compensation based on individual performance and company growth.
