Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Key Account Manager will develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities for growth.

Analytical Skills and Business Planning Key Accounts Management and Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proven track record of success in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
