Our clients a leading manufacturing company based in Nigeria and a reputable name in the Nigeria Market is looking for the following for its Coffee Plant .
Position: Production Manager Instant Coffee Manufacturing
Salary : upto 3000 USD nego
Plus expats benefits , accommodation, visa and tickets
Location: Lagos Nigeria .
Must - Instant Coffee Manufacturing experience
Role :
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with respect to quality standard
• Maximum utilization of work force and waste reduction
• Increasing the production asset capacity and minimizing the un necessary cost.
• Coordinate all department for smooth manufacturing
• Evaluating the performances of the production team on regular basis and appraising them.
• Prepare the necessary production plan in close co-ordination with the Plant Head and plan the manpower deployment
• Ensure, in assistance with Quality System & Quality Control function, that the quality of the products meet the customer demands
• Review daily and monthly production MIS reports to match actual performance with the targets and provide action steps to minimize variance
