- First Response to the Dealer Query - in 2 hrs - 100%
- Resolution of Issue - 80% in 48 hrs
- Technical Guidance to Dealer team on Phone, Video Call
- ) Field Visit for Critical issues
5 ) Creation of Problem Bank
- ) Knowledge sharing with Team members
Key Skills Required - Good Communication skills ( English , Hindi & Local Language )
- Tractor Driving skills
- Product Knowledge (Technical Know How)- Hand on Experience is must
- Problem Solving Approach
- Must be Tech Savvy & basic knowledge of Computer & video calling software.
- Must be having product Knowledge of Farm Machinery 7) zone specific language
Fluency in Marathi & Kannada is a must.
