Work Location: Chennai

Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate Minimum 1 Year Experience in Technical Support Voice process candidate can apply for this Job

Immediate Joiner Required

Shift : Rotational Shift

Week Off : 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)

Technical Support Voice Process

· T aking calls Solving Customer Quires 

Requirements

Candidate should have:

1.Good Communication skills.

2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.

3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in shifts.

5.Excellent English - both in verbal and written communication skills.

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

7.Good technical knowledge.

 

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
