Looking for US Technical Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: Should have 2+ years of experience into US IT Recruitment Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites. The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Candidate must clearly understand benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms.
