Position : Presales Exec

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and assess leads from various channels based on the target audience and their interest in the company's offerings.

2. Maintain and update the company's lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance.

3. Monitor lead conversion rates and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

4. Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate meetings and enhance conversion opportunities.

5. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary assistance and resources.

6. Conduct industry research, including competitor analysis, to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

7. Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to enhance conversion rates and ensure effective lead management.

8. Drive sales and sign-ups, contributing to the growth of the organization.

9. Conduct meetings with potential clients at the office to present products, services, and pricing details.

10. Manage end-to-end pre-sales solutions to meet client requirements and expectations.

11. Provide expert advice to clients on interior design elements, including space planning, layout, furnishings, color schemes, and material selection.

12. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups, effective handling of escalations, sales cycle management, product pitching, and closure processes.

This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on product quality and service excellence.
