Job description

Job Summary:

We are searching for an experienced and visionary Head of Growth to lead our strategic marketing efforts, focusing on driving business expansion through Growth, Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Retention, and Monetization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader capable of steering the growth agenda, conducting comprehensive market research, and developing tailored campaigns to amplify our products reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy and Positioning:

  • Develop and lead the execution of go-to-market strategies and programs for successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and positioning.

Sales Enablement and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive the development of sales enablement materials, training programs, and resources to empower the sales team.
  • Formulate and implement statewise marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.

Market Analysis and Vision:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Establish a clear product vision, set ambitious growth goals, and define key objectives.

Campaign strategy and launch

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to promote solutions and engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue teams to develop compelling content for digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer support, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Customer Retention and Product Enhancement:

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive product differentiation and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion product improvements based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Product and Business Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape product and business strategies in alignment with the companys vision.
  • Ensure that product initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive continuous professional development to ensure the team stays ahead in the rapidly evolving field of growth marketing.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide insights for new product development.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with growth objectives.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in growth marketing, ecommerce, and product sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Successful experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and advanced product sales strategies.
