Job description
Responsibilities:
1.Customer Support:
- Provide courteous and effective customer support for post-purchase queries and concerns related to home appliances.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone/Whatsapp/Email.
2. Complaint Resolution:
- Handle complaints and concerns from customers regarding product issues and enter details in CRM software.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and see if it can be resolved over phone.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line to offer accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Record Details Record all customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
ā Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service.
