SPECIAL PROJECT ASSOCIATES Job Location: Cebu (Cebu City-Philippines) Job Description: This position will handle multiple projects and will allow the ideal candidate to undertake a variety of responsibilities, depending on client needs. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail with consistent accuracy. S/he will communicate directly with US Clients. Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service Candidate Requirement Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing Resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and highly organized Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers Detail-oriented and highly organized Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures A background in customer service is a plus Able to work the graveyard shift Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus.
