Role Description

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Intern - Real Estate & Workplace Strategy for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Mumbai & NCR, with remote work flexibility.

This 6-month internship offers the opportunity for hands-on experience and, upon successful completion, the potential for a full-time role with AWA. Collaborating closely with our Real Estate & Workplace Strategy team, you'll contribute to prospecting, client presentations, project support, and the development of innovative workplace strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and identify new prospects

• Support ongoing sales and marketing efforts

• Analyze data and create compelling presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Assist with ongoing workplace strategy & Change Management consulting projects

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields

• Demonstrated interest in real estate, workplace strategy, and related fields

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Commercial Real Estate, Workplace, Office Interiors, Design & Build space is preferred.

• Proficiency in conducting research, analyzing data, and creating presentations

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a knack for independent and team work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Fluent in English
