The opportunity - Plan, coordinate and supervise plant maintenance operations within company policies and procedures.
- Implement and ensure compliance to Quality and EHS systems.
- Planning and execution of Calibration and Validation activities of equipment/Instruments and its accessories as per the schedule
- Good knowledge in PLC, SCADA and DCS systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson etc) and communication protocols, networking and integration etc.
- Sound exposure in API Process instruments (Flow, temperature, pressure, flow, level, pH, conductivity etc) and selection of instruments and troubleshooting.
- Review and Approve calibration and validation reports.
- Implement Good Engineering Practices and Policies across the organization.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant within quality framework, follow up of quality SOP's and procedures.
How You'll Spend Your Day - Prepare and propose annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets taking all necessary actions to ensure spends are within proposed budgets.
- Ensure maintenance of spares of all critical equipment/Instruments are available at all times.
- Support commissioning & validation activities and timely closure that include FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ and PQ.
- To carry out Brown / Green field projects as and when required, involve in process optimization, plant / equipment up-gradation.
- To regulate and control the working of contractors related to Instrumentation jobs and ensure quality work within the specified period.
- Provide training to team as needed and ensure technical competency in process maintenance.
- Timely escalation of anticipated action / delays and mitigation on improvement activities.
- Good Exposure in ERP, Presentation and Analytical skills.
- Proven ability to Manage External/Internal Audits and vendor coordination.
