• Understanding of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experienced in turnkey interior work.
• Knowledge of Interior Material Costs is mandatory.
• Design brief concept & design presentations.
• Material selection & Mood board submission & working drawing.
• Negotiating &finalizing the rates of the materials to be purchased from vendors such as (Lighting Electrical Furniture Modules Airconditioners Tiles Ceiling materials etc.) with the Project Head.
• Coordination between different agencies for smooth working.
• Gathering requirements from them conducting technocommercial evaluation and preparing cost estimates.
• Check the quality of all material received on site.
• Responsibility for Project Billing work.
• Representing the organization in progress review meetings with the client.
• Maintain the site record and complete the work under the timeline.
• Monitoring the progress of each project and appraising the clients and higher officials on the same.
• Understand material requirements and place orders of the same with the office.
• Develop strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
