Your Job
Providing Sales support to the Molex CES Sales Team for the region North / East region.
To contribute to the fulfilment of assigned revenue numbers & organizational objectives.
Our Team
Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Tech. Services (i.e. Customer Support)
What You Will Do
Understand customer requirement and work on the drawings & have to design the Bill of Materials for Customers, Consultants & Partners
Propose suitable & optimised LAN (Cabling) solutions for the customer requirements ( BoQ & BoM)
This will be a Sales profile with assigned Revenue Targets, and have to contribute to the fulfilment of assigned revenue & organizational objectives
Work on Bids & Specification documents for projects
Review Project & Tender specifications, validate the same and prepare Compliance statements
Understand and recommend best practices for design and installation
Follow new developments in standards, technologies and propose the same to customers where applicable
Follow new developments in products and propose the same to customers where applicable
To coordinate within the Presales Team & Product Team for New Product Developments and Customized Soln. for customers
To Conduct CSV (Certified System Vendor) Trainings & Certify SI/Partners for Molex based out of North & East
Represent company and conduct presentations in all Technical events & Channel events for North & East locations
To support Sales team by preparing/designing various Demo Kits and update presentations (with new
launches) for Clients.
To co-ordinate with PreSales team in Designing Solution for any layout/requirement & Conduct Product Demo for Customers
To provide ELV Technical Consultancy and Customized Solution for Enterprise, Data Centre, Smart
Buildings, Campus, Audio/Video, BMS and Industrial Cabling requirements to the Sales Team.
Working closely with thexa0 Sales Teams in North & East, on a variety of high-profile client-focused infrastructure projects related to Structured Cabling
Using your natural curiosity to develop solutions to daily business challenges related to Structured Cabling
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Min. 10 years experience in Sales (LAN or Structured Cabling) with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 System Integration company.xa0 Hands on experience in site installation or supervision, preferred.
xa0Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred)xa0
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge of structured cabling viz. products, competition, installation practices, standards etc.xa0
Broad knowledge of networking ( LAN, DC & WAN)
Good knowledge of MS Office & Visio
Should be a team player
Good communication skills

Ability to undestand and interpret Bill of Materials.
Any industry certificatication will be an advantage
